Telespond's Auxiliary was formed to disseminate information to the citizens of Lackawanna County, Pa., regarding the work and needs of Telespond Senior Services, Inc., to aid and assist Telespond in the raising of funds to support its service objectives, making such funds available to Telespond to utilize as it deems appropriate, and to serve as the prime source of agency volunteers.

The ninth annual Pasta Dinner was held on Sunday, October 14, 2007, at Telespond's Saginaw Street facility. This very successful event was catered by DePietro & Sons, and basket raffles were held on this same day. Entertainment was provided by DJ Frankie Gervasi.

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun (and the work)  -- meetings are held monthly at Telespond's main offices. Contact Karen Evankavitch at (570) 961-1950, or e-mail.
