Companion Care Services allow the agency to provide individualized assistance to older adults in Lackawanna County in their home, or residence in a long term care facility with: Companionship & Conversation |
caring for their aging parent(s) is impacting their job,
family, and/or relationships;
their older adult loved one is not eating well
or possibly mistaking medications;
their loved one seems to be losing more and more independence,
and they want to step in before things get worse;
they find themselves attending to their parent(s)
personal and home needs
rather than enjoying quality time with them;
their loved one needs friendship and companionship
they can't always provide themselves.
